Community Guidelines

Last updated 2026-03-25

Spolinka is a community built on mutual respect, authenticity, and a shared passion for sport. These guidelines help ensure a positive, safe, and productive environment for all users — whether you're an athlete, agent, team admin/manager, fan, or sponsor.

Contents12 sections

1. Respectful Communication

Treat everyone with dignity — no hate speech, slurs, or personal attacks.

Spolinka brings together athletes, teams, agents, fans, and sponsors from diverse backgrounds. Every interaction should be respectful and constructive. We do not tolerate hate speech, discriminatory language, personal attacks, threats, or any form of bullying.

2. Authenticity & Honesty

Be who you say you are — no fake profiles or misleading information.

All users must represent themselves truthfully. Do not impersonate other athletes, teams, agents, or public figures. Profile information, achievements, statistics, and credentials must be accurate and verifiable.

3. Content Standards

Keep content relevant to sports — no explicit, violent, or illegal material.

All posted content must be appropriate for a professional sports community. Prohibited content includes: sexually explicit material, graphic violence, illegal activities, gambling promotion, substance abuse glorification, and content that exploits minors.

4. Anti-Harassment Policy

Zero tolerance for harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact.

Harassment in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes: repeated unwanted messages, stalking, sharing someone's private information (doxxing), sexual harassment, coordinated group harassment, and creating accounts to circumvent blocks.

5. No Spam or Manipulation

Don't spam, use bots, or artificially inflate engagement.

Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited promotional content. Automated posting, engagement manipulation (fake likes, follows, or comments), and coordinated inauthentic behavior are prohibited.

6. Respect Privacy

Don't share others' personal info without their consent.

Respect the privacy of fellow users. Do not share personal information such as phone numbers, home addresses, financial details, medical records, or private conversations without explicit consent.

7. Fair Play & Sportsmanship

Celebrate wins gracefully, accept losses with dignity.

Engage with sportsmanship — celebrate achievements genuinely, accept outcomes gracefully, and support fellow athletes regardless of rivalries. Excessive taunting or deliberately provoking rival fans crosses the line.

8. Intellectual Property

Only share content you own or have rights to use.

Only post content that you own or have the right to share. Do not upload copyrighted photos, videos, articles, or music without proper authorization.

9. Reporting Violations

Use the report button — all reports are reviewed confidentially.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the built-in reporting tools. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled confidentially.

10. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations lead to warnings, then suspensions, then permanent bans.

Violations are addressed through a graduated enforcement system: First offense — Warning. Second offense — Temporary suspension. Third offense — Extended suspension or permanent ban. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent ban.

11. Role-Specific Responsibilities

Each role (athlete, agent, team, fan, sponsor) has additional expectations.

Athletes: Represent yourself professionally. Agents: Use proper channels for business. Teams: Reflect official positions. Fans: Support respectfully. Sponsors: Clearly identify marketing content.

12. Updates to Guidelines

We'll notify you when guidelines change significantly.

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through platform notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
