Certain features require identity verification. You must provide authentic, unaltered identification documents. All information submitted must be truthful and current. Providing fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. By posting content on Spolinka, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it on our platform.

All users must adhere to community standards: respectful communication, authentic content, no harassment, no spam, appropriate content, and respect for privacy of others.

Subscription tiers and pricing are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information. Spolinka is not liable for events organized by third parties on the platform.

Messages must not be used for spam, solicitation, or harassment. Users can block other users and report inappropriate messages.

Users have the right to block other users and report violations. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled confidentially.

The Spolinka brand, logos, and platform design are our exclusive property. Users must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without authorization.

Scraping, unauthorized access, distributing malware, impersonating others, circumventing security, illegal activities, creating multiple accounts, and manipulating engagement metrics are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time through your profile settings.

Spolinka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spolinka from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through platform notifications or email.
